The breakfast special is a locals secret and popular every morning with retirees at the Kimochi seniors home. 5 dollars for a breakfast (ham egg croissant) sandwich and coffee. Takoyaki is also good here if you like it. Everything is a bit on the sweeter side, so let them know to go light on the sauce if you're sensitive.

Serves breakfast and tea! First shop that I've chanced upon in SF that sells takopachi (octopus balls). In the morning, you can get Japanese cakes and sandwiches, or if you're in for a breakfast set - they do sell bagels and croissants with a Japanese twist, at a very reasonable price. Basic shop, but if you're looking for a place to have a bite - check this out.
